About this role
As an Order Manager within Millennium Print Group, you are responsible for the complete management and coordination of the order process, from receipt to delivery. You work closely with various departments, such as production and sales, and serve as the central point of contact for both internal and external communications.
Your tasks include:

Registering and tracking orders in the system (MIS).

Monitoring quality, deadlines, and specifications throughout the entire production process.

Actively communicating and collaborating with colleagues and clients regarding progress and changes.

Preparing and verifying quotes and order confirmations.

Organizing pre-production meetings and proof controls.

Managing inventory and assisting with the procurement of materials.

Optimizing and improving internal processes and collaboration.
Who are we looking for?
You are precise, enthusiastic, and service-oriented. You enjoy working in a dynamic production environment and have an eye for detail and process improvements. Additionally, you have:

At least MBO work and thinking level; HBO level is a plus.

Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the graphic industry.

Knowledge of MIS software is a plus.

Good command of Dutch and English.
