Mouthaan Graphics Company works for companies and organizations (business to business). We attach great importance to the protection of the personal data of our customers and relations. We want to inform you clearly and unambiguously about how we handle personal data. Naturally, we adhere to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG/GDPR) as of May 25, 2018.

 

Why we need personal data 

We process personal data (business contact details) for the purposes listed below: 

Entering into agreements with customers and relations.

Performing our services. 

Offering customer portals for online ordering and stock management. 

Sending newsletters.

Answering questions, comments and complaints. 

  

Minors

Our website does not intend to collect data from minors (persons under 16 years of age) unless they have permission from parent, guardian or legal representative. However, we cannot control this. If you have the impression that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent please contact us and we will delete this information. 

 

How long we keep personal data

We do not retain personal data longer than is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is provided or required by law.

 

How we secure personal data 

We have taken appropriate measures to protect personal data from unlawful processing including:

 

  • Up-to-date malware protection (protection against spyware, ransomware, viruses, trojans etc.).

  • Secure website through which all information is sent encrypted to our server. 

  • Verification that website visitor is actually who he claims to be to keep out possible hackers.

  • Storage of data on secure servers.

  • Use of unique and strong passwords.

  • Encrypted e-mail. 

  • No unsecured external hard drives or mobile devices.

  • No storage of documents on private mobile devices.

 

Sharing personal data with others 

We provide personal data to third parties only if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or required by law. We do not share personal data with other parties with whom we do not have a processing agreement. With parties that process personal data on our behalf, we make the necessary agreements to ensure the security of your personal data. Naturally, we remain responsible for this.   

We do not sell personal data to third parties; commercial purposes are expressly not served.

 

Cookies that we use

Our website uses only functional and analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy. These cookies are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. The use of these cookies is secure. No personal information, such as phone number or email address can be traced from cookies. You can opt out of cookies by setting your Internet browser to stop storing cookies. You can also delete any information previously stored through your browser settings. You should adjust the settings separately for each browser and (mobile) device you use.

 

Google Analytics and social media 

Our website uses Google Analytics. We only use this service to track how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this. We expressly do not use the obtained personal data for statistical analysis or automated decision making.  

 

Our website also includes buttons to share posts and photos on social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Cookies are placed through these buttons. We have no influence on this either. 

 

We advise you to read the privacy statements of Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn about what they do with personal data they process via these cookies. In short ... the information is anonymized as much as possible, transferred to and stored on servers in the United States. Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn claim to adhere to Privacy Shield principles and are affiliated with the U.S. Department of Commerce's Privacy Shield program. This implies an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data.

 

Your rights regarding personal data    

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your personal data by us or one of our processors. In addition, you have the right to have personal data in our possession forwarded to yourself or another party named by you. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 4 weeks. To prevent abuse, we may ask you to identify yourself.

 

Complaints

Should you have the impression that the processing of your personal data involves privacy issues, please contact us. Under the AVG, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority.
