CREATE
3D MODEL
Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, our Creation department will get to work.
Your ideas and thoughts will be processed and the results reproduced
in a 3D digital model.

This will let you visualise the packaging
of your product in a digital 3D representation.
PLOT MODEL
If you are 100% satisfied with the
3D model, we switch to creating a plot
of the digital 3D model.
An industrial plotter is used to make
a realistic prototype of the packaging
for your product.
​
This prototype is the same as
the final production version,
but without the design.
DESIGN
If the plot model is complete according to
your wishes, we will add the design.
​
If desired, our designers will make a design according to your specific wishes.
​
After you have approved the design,
we can produce a digitally-printed
plot model.
PRODUCE
PREPRESS
From design to actual layout.
​
Your design is formatted and converted into a set of printing plates.
These printing plates are made specifically for the material to be
printed and the required press.
​
The printing result will then be
absolutely perfect.
PRESS
We print four, five or six colours, conventionally and in UV, in one print run.
​
We are one of the few printing companies that can print large format plastic sheets
in offset. Techniques like lenticular for 3D effects, moisture-resistant cardboard,
silver laminated cardboard and various
other qualities of cardboard and paper
are no problem either.
POSTPRESS
Finally, we process the printing sheets into the actual packaging of your product.

Depending on the end product,
the sheets can be equipped with various application techniques.
These can include metallics, foil printing, braille, embossing, scented varnish and various lacquers (spot UV, fluorine, glitter, etc.). Anything is possible.
