Multi-color offset printing press operator
in Ridderkerk

 

Are you a craftsman with an eye for quality? At Millennium Print Group, you have the opportunity to print at the highest level. We are a global player in luxury packaging and collectible trading cards and will be moving this year to a new facility of over 4 hectares in Ridderkerk.
 

As an offset printer, you will work on our 6, 8, or 12-color Heidelberg Speedmasters. You are responsible for preparing, printing, and adjusting as needed. Together with your fellow printer and the foreman, you deliver top quality that makes an impression worldwide.

What will you do?

• Perform precise job preparation: press settings, color matching, registration, and production setup to meet tight timelines

• Operate multicolor presses with UV coating and curing

• Run proofs, check colors, and make adjustments as needed

• Clean between runs, carry out minor maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met

• Record job data and help maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Document and report: log task details accurately, including time, material usage, and quality checks

 

What do you bring?

• Graphic education is a plus

• Several years of experience as an offset printer in multi-color production

• Technical insight, accuracy, and independence

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (6–14, 14–22, 22–06) with weekends off (Friday night to Sunday night)

• Sufficient Dutch and basic English skills

• A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and process improvement
