Prepress Specialist
As a Prepress Specialist, you are the crucial link between digital files and our printing presses. You ensure that the supplied digital files are correctly processed, checked, and prepared for production. You monitor the workflow, identify any discrepancies, and are constantly working on improving and connecting systems and software.
This is a productive role – not a creative or design position – where precision, innovation, and process control are key. Thanks to your efforts, our printing presses run at optimal performance, allowing us to consistently deliver the high quality our customers expect from us.

What will you do?

Process, check, and prepare digital files for print.

Monitor quality and progress within the prepress workflow.

Create links and integrations between various programs and systems.

Be responsible for prepress output towards the printing presses.

Identify deviations and resolve bottlenecks in the process.

Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the department.

Eventually participate in a two-shift rotation schedule.
What do you bring?

MBO/HBO level of working and thinking, preferably with a background in graphic media.

Experience with prepress software and knowledge of digital print preparation.

Accuracy, technical insight, and a structured way of working.

The ability to monitor processes and propose improvements.

Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts.

A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask across systems and tasks.
