Responsibilities
As Financial Controller at Millennium Print Group Europe, you oversee the financial administrations of a number of fiscal entities and are responsible for the entire financial process and providing insight into the financial performance. Besides (re)designing the administrative processes, you also identify developments and issues in the field of financial-administrative procedures so that risks are identified and managed in a timely manner. You will actively contribute to the expansion, substantiation and adjustment of budget & forecast and cost analyses. In this position, you report to the Director of F&A.

Besides responsibility for the full IFRS accounting, your duties and responsibilities will include monthly and year-end closing, various consolidation work, preparation of management reports, delivery of financial analysis providing in-depth insights, preparation and submission of VAT returns, execution and control of weekly payment runs, tracking of investments through the entire investment cycle, cash forecasting and costing.

Further optimising and building a modern and digital F&A function and further establishing business control and appropriate steering information.

Working closely with other departments, such as colleagues from ICT and HR.

Managing 2 administrative employees.
You are perfect for this role if:
-
You have completed at least an HBO study in finance, accounting or other relevant direction and 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a managerial position.

Knowledge and experience of external reporting such as Dutch GAAP and preferably IFRS.

Excellent knowledge of Excel and IT systems (Exact Globe, Scansys).

Experience in an international production environment is an advantage, but not essential.

You are available for 40 hours a week.

You are eager to learn, accurate, quality-oriented and proactive.

You have excellent communication skills.

You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
