Since 1934, we as Mouthaan Graphic Company have specialized in printing the most diverse graphic productions for clients at home and abroad. Every day we develop and produce mainly cardboard and plastic packaging. Because we have distinguished ourselves for years in the market, focusing on quality and innovation, we stood out! An integration into a large international partner is therefore what resulted. As of September last year, we are part of the American Millennium Print Group. In addition to our existing work in packaging, we will become the producer of collectible sports and trading cards for the European market. What will you do?

As HR Assistant at Mouthaan you are responsible for the complete HR administration, managing personnel files, first point of contact for employees, and processing mutations in the personnel file. In addition, you are also partly responsible for salary administration. You are a specialist in the field of HR processes and have knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and relevant laws and regulations in the field of labor law. In this role, you will report to the HR manager.

This is what you enjoy doing:

  • Fully managing the entry-through and exit processes within Mouthaan.
    You are the point of contact for all starting Mouthaners and make sure everything is taken care of on the first working day.
    In addition, you also take care of a fine completion when someone decides to leave Mouthaan. 

  • Answering all questions that come in from employees.
    From easy question to difficult question, you give a clear answer, which any colleague without an understanding of HR can understand.

  • Collaborating with other departments.
    For example, you work closely with colleagues from ICT for the HR Systems and our Finance department for payroll. 

  • Accurate processing of HR processes. You are an administrative hero who can maintain an overview and is not easily thrown off track. You ensure that all contracts are renewed on time, but also contribute to the payment of salaries each month. Managing multiple tasks at once is what gives you a kick.

This is you:

  • You have completed at least an MBO degree in HR or other relevant field and already have experience in HR.

  • You are available for 40 hours per week. Less is also allowed. This can certainly be discussed.

  • You are eager to learn, accurate and committed to improving and automating HR processes.

  • You are service oriented and have excellent communication skills;

  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
